A meaningful exchange of ideas and aspirations took place on June 19, 2026 at Nabanna, where Dr. Sujit Kumar Barua, General Secretary and Shri Nabarun Barua, Secretary on behalf of the All India Federation of Bengali Buddhists had the honour and opportunity to meet Mr. Bishal Lama, Hon'ble Minister of State, Department of 'Home & Hill Affairs', 'Minority Affairs & Madrasah Education' and discuss matters concerning the welfare, development, and future of the Buddhist community.
The interaction provided a valuable platform to place before him the concerns, aspirations, and vision of the community, while reaffirming our collective commitment towards social progress, cultural preservation, and inclusive development.
